  • The first health goal I’d track is my muscle-to-fat composition. As I’m heading toward 40, my goal is to feel fit and strongβ€”and the Withings Body Scan is my ultimate wingman.

  • My husband and I would like to lose weight to help control diabetes. This would enable us to get out more and enjoy life now we are retired.

  • I’ve recently been diagnosed with a fatty liver, so the whole body insights would be superbly useful in tracking and supporting me in recovering my health and wellbeing.

  • I would track my heart health first because I can’t love my family and friends properly with a broken heart, nor do I want to waste any of the love I receive through the cracks. I want a healthy heart that beats with love for the next 50 years.

  • Body composition is most on my mind heading into menopause. I’m concerned about increased fat stores around my abdomen and it would be good to be able to track this as I make changes to my diet and exercise routines.

  • I’ve been gymming for so long and seeing no progress, everyone keeps telling me I’m toned now though, I’d first track my muscle progress to see if that’s why the scales aren’t changing

  • Would love to track heart health, and love to try it out on all the family to ensure they’re all OK. Better safe than sorry!

  • I really need to loose weight. I’m 60 soon and need to have my knees replaced. This would really help me reach my goal.

  • The body composition: I need to know my fat and muscle, and if I’m improving.

  • I would track my weight and heart health as I have Atrial Fibrillation and need to lose another 80kgs (I have lost 20kgs so far) before I can receive a atrial fibrillation ablation and hopefully have my heart back in rhythm again as 3 Electrical cardioversions didn’t work I’m hoping the ablation will. I’d also share it with my family as my mum has a weightloss journey to start too i know this would be a great motivation and help for us both

  • I would love to build up muscle again postpartum and track how my body is adjusting to certain conditions and foods/exercise.

  • The first would be making sure our fat and muscle distribution is healthy as that matters far more than weight alone.

  • Definitely my body fat percentage as it’s a better indicator of health than weight or BMI, I would love to work on improving it with better eating and exercise to be around longer for my daughter.

  • My body fat, I have seen my weight slowly creep up and I would love to turn the fat to muscle and be strong and healthy. I’d love to track how much body fat I have and hopefully watch that decrease

  • I have consistently failed to lose weight after years of dieting, fasting, excercise and hard work. I am now 54, on blood pressure medication, have borderline high cholesterol, and sugar levels, and as a father of 2 sons, am seriously concerned my longevity may be brief.

  • I need to lose weight and improve posture, hydration and all round health. As an over 50’s I need to take some responsibility for my life.

  • Despite medication to lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol and blood thinners my husbands blood pressure remains concerningly high. Every night he goes to bed he has a fear not to wake up the next morning. This health station may give some peace of mind with the ability to perform a ECG to detect potential abnormalities in the heart rhythm.

  • Definitely my fat distribution. I’m really trying hard to get healthy and fit. Build muscle and lose weight. This would definitely help keep me accountable and motivate me.

  • Weight loss and better hydration. It is important for me, at 52-53 years old, to ensure I give my family the healthiest version of myself. I’m not perfect, but I can make better health and wellbeing choices.

  • I’d track heart health firstβ€”it’s the foundation of long-term wellbeing. Knowing early changes helps protect my family’s future and keeps us living active, joyful lives.

  • As I am now 60 I am more concerned about my overall health and fitness. I exercise regularly and try to maintain healthy food habits, but could use the extra help of the Withings Body Scan to track fat and muscle and heart health.

  • I just need all the help I can get

  • The whole body insights would be so great for helping us on our wellbeing, weight loss and health journey

  • My friend has one. Amazing product. I would to do the full body scan in the comfort of my bathroom.

  • HEART HEALTH. Cardiovascular disease has affected most family members, including both my siblings, and including two totally unexpected deaths – one uncle and, very recently, my youngest sibling. So the Withings Body Scan would be really helpful in keeping on top of my own heart health.

  • Muscle measurement. Getting older my muscle mass is super important to me. It is important to keep myself the best I can be not only for myself but also my family.

  • This would be amazing to help me track my muscle gain after a long illness! I would love to use it for my whole family to keep track of being fit and healthy
